Common questions
+ How do I delete my account and data?
Open POY → Profile → Delete my account. This permanently removes your posts, votes, reports, support tickets and account. You can also email us to request erasure.
+ My photos disappeared — is that a bug?
No. Every post on POY is ephemeral and disappears within 24 hours by design. Your own past posts stay in your private archive for 15 days.
+ I want to report a photo or a safety concern.
In the app, tap the report icon on the top-left of any card. For urgent safety issues you can also use the form below or email us directly.
+ My account was suspended and I think it was a mistake.
You can appeal. Use the form below (choose “My account or data”) or email us, and we will review it.
+ Phone verification isn’t working.
Make sure you have signal and entered your full number with country code. If the SMS doesn’t arrive after a minute, request a new code. Still stuck? Message us below.
